The Increasing Human Effectiveness training has made a significant impact at Litehouse. It has been the most value-added staff development initiative we have ever embarked on.

Our employees not only enjoyed the training but the program helped to lay the foundation and building blocks for us to become “a learning organization.” Many employees have told us that the training made them more aware of who they are and what they can do. Many have noticed that there has really been a positive difference in the atmosphere at work, the ability to overcome negative attitudes and embrace change.

The Increasing Human Effectiveness philosophy has made a substantial impact on our culture. Employees have attained an increased understanding of goal setting and self-imposed limitations and repeatedly shared success stories of how they achieved personal and professional goals using the concepts and techniques learned in the course. The course also provided a new language and dialogue among employees. Supervisors and managers use the tools of the program to coach and guide individuals and teams to achieve their performance goals.

The training results have been phenomenal and definitely worth the investment of time, money and energy that it took to educate all of our employees. Thank you, Bob and Edge Learning, for making this great program available!
