We honor our Founder....

Bob Moawad

Bob Moawad was the Chairman and Founder of Edge Learning Institute. Bob's passion for providing hope, education and inspiration was lived up to his final moments on January 13, 2007. Bob founded Edge Learning Institute in 1973, and shared his insights in over 8,550 presentations worldwide to audiences ranging from 50 to 23,000. From Australia to the Opryland Hotel in Nashville to Cambridge, England, Bob has had a positive impact in the lives of several million people.


Dick Anderson

President, Chief Executive Officer. Dick's passion and expertise is based on 30 years as a member of Edge. His most recent project was to spearhead the development of Edge's new Increasing Human Effectiveness process. Besides managing Edge's financial and operational business, Dick has keynoted national and state conferences in over 45 states.

Eric Boles

Eric has been with Edge for over a decade. He has spent years in the field with clients in the practical application of Edge's products and services. He has been intimately involved in the evolution of Edge's products and services during this time, and his knowledge and experience make him a valuable leadership team member. He is currently a President of Edge Learning Institute, and as such has management and leadership responsibilities in the sales, operations and administration at Edge. He is part of the leadership team that will take Edge into the future.

Allen Jones

Allen has been with Edge for over a decade. He has spent years in the field with clients in the practical application of Edge's products and services. Marya Gingrey

As the Director of Diversity Programs for Edge Learning Institute, Marya serves as a keynote speaker, facilitator and executive coach providing people with the motivation and skills to create respectful working environments.

Maren Ellingson

Executive Assistant. Maren has supported Edge clients for the past 26 years. She has a significant role in every phase of Edge Learning Institute.

Pam Hansen

Pam is the administrative assistant to Eric Boles and Allen Jones, presidents of Edge Learning Institute. She also supports Maren and Marnie in their functions at Edge.

Anita Paige

Associate. Anita provides a variety of services for Edge Learning Institute. She serves as facilitator for both our "Increasing Human Effectiveness" and "Respect: The Source of Our Strength" education processes, trains our salespeople and represents our products.
