At EDGE, we partner with you to create customized retreats and “off-site” events that focus on team-related issues and team development. Events can include both indoor and outdoor experiential, action-learning activities. These activities can focus on elements of team performance such as building trust, working cooperatively and building effective communication.  They can build team skills like problem solving, personal responsibility and leadership and/or elements of the team’s work focus such as strategy development, decision-making and project planning.
